I believe people are generally good. However, adults, parents and teenagers may express unwanted behaviors out of fear, which I believe is one of the causes of stress, anxiety, jealousy, anger, frustration and other of "out of control" behaviors.
How do you respond to a teenager that is acting out due to anxiety? What can parents do to help their teen that is troubled or is facing issues alone? What options do parents have? Are there classes parents and their child or children can attend? How about parenting tips? If these are questions you have asked yourself, Morscheck's Workbench may be able to provide some insight for the adults, parents, teenagers and children in your home.

Summer's Dream.
So many of today's TV shows, movies, books and activites focus on violence, sex, profanity and have so much negativity. Kids are missing the magic of divine love and the Golden Rule. If you agree, you and your children 11 years old and younger will enjoy Summer's Dream.
Written and illustrated by Sandi Morscheck, Summer’s Dream is a mysteriously magical, earth-embracing fable about treating others with kindness. Charlie has another thing coming if he thinks his big sister has all the time in the world for him. Self-centered Summer is too busy showing off to her gal pals and catching the attention of the cutest boy in school. She has it all figured out, but when no one shows up for her thirteenth birthday party, she cries herself to sleep. When she awakes, she finds herself in a meadow. Lila the Chickadee shows her the way to an enchanted forest, where Summer hones her newfound ability to talk to animals. It’s so nice, Summer decides to stay. The thing is, the animals don’t like being talked down to, and when Summer is inconsiderate, they’ll do more than skip her birthday. Over the course of three days and two nights, Summer learns an important lesson from a forest where forgiveness won’t come easy—and kindness is the key.
