MEDITATION
A Course in Light is a meditation process in which participants visualize light energies associated with the Chakras of the Soul. Light Energies are activated to clear away and cleanse the Body, the Mind, and the Soul of negativities to uplift and enlighten the conscious mind. The egos that reign over our soul, personality, organs of the body, and cells in the body are brought together to unify all aspects of who and what we are. This is a transformative meditation system and requires commitment and regular mediation to experience its effects.
Sandi Morscheck is a life-long meditator and has been using A Course in Light since her childhood. She will guide you through a different meditation each week in which one of the light energies will be activated. It is recommended that you purchase A Course in Light program which includes the book and cds for the first 4 levels of meditation. The first 4 levels takes approximately 1 year to complete with each level being 10 to 12 weeks long.

Meditation for Children
Light Flight takes kids on an imaginary ride on a great big Starship. Here, children explore wonderful places of light.
Light Flight is for kids who need to grow with values, love, and personal esteem. This is a fun and educational meditation system for children.
Light Flight consists of five CDs with space-like sound effects which create a space travel adventure. Each CD contains two exciting flights into space on the Starship lead by the captain and a narrator. The kids use their imagination as they learn wonderful tools to help them cope with their own day-to-day experiences.
The Light Flight program includes an educational activity book filled with places to color, paste, do word puzzles, mazes, dot-to-dot, and free drawing. The activity book also contains journaling space for children to write about their experiences and what they learn with each adventure.
